It had amazing location, the place was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Sibiu city centre. I tried some drinks at bar New York, located 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was particularly good at the 11'th floor of the building, I tried fine dishes.

We had an amazing experience at Golden Tulip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an amazing view from the top floor restaurant. The breakfast was the best we've had in Europe and the service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding. The location is also convenient, just a short 15-minute walk to the old city center. We would love to visit this hotel again next time we're in town.

Hotel is brand new, very close to city center (in 5 minutes walking distance) and the design of the rooms & hotel is very elegant. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Also breakfast is really good.

-Hotel does not have a wireless internet service at rooms, only with cable. A Hotel of this class should improve the service by transmitting to wireless free internet service. -Lobby Bar was being opened late & closed very early and access is not possible out of worrking hours and since the lobby chairs are too small & there are no tables I had difficulty finding a place to work with my laptop in the lobby.

Location is perfect, 200 meters from Piata Mare, the historical city center. The restaurant view is gorgeous, nice panorama of Sibiu city. The services and atmosphere was great, I do recommend this hotel for one week stay, either business or vacation.

Clean and modern hotel with a pleasant ambiance. Conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. The room was well-maintained and equipped with comfortable beds and quality sheets for a good night's sleep. The diverse breakfast menu offered delicious options, and the dinner plates prepared by the talented cook were impressive. a positive experience during my business trip.

There were a few downside aspects that need improvement. the cleanliness could have been better, as there were noticeable dust accumulations on various surfaces in the room.

Aircon, shower & tv all good. Very clean & modern. Restaurant offers good views, it being on the 11th floor. Food good. Helpful & friendly reception staff. Car parked out front of hotel in open but the hotel is in a quiet residential area. Very cheap! Free wired internet connection good. Safe is big enough for a laptop!

Unfortunately one of the staff decided to ignore the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door & entered the room when we were out. We know this because the kettle was removed. Very unhappy about this as we've had a problem with hotel staff stealing from us elsewhere & would prefer if nobody entered the room when we're not there. All juices at breakfast were cordial rather than juice as they were labelled.

Nice and unbeatable location to Old Town. Early check-in, parking on-site.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. We were given an upgrade to an executive room on a higher floor, which had a great view. The breakfast served on the top floor had a wide variety of options and a special corner with delicious traditional Romanian food. The panoramic elevator was a unique feature that we really enjoyed.

One of the parking staff members had a bad attitude and the car parking situation was a bit frustrating. , there were limited parking spots available.
